What is a Sound Bath, you ask?

It's a therapeutic experience where participants lie down comfortably while being bathed in the soothing sounds of various instruments such as crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, gongs, chimes, and more. These harmonious vibrations help to induce a meditative state, allowing you to release tension, balance your energy, and achieve a profound sense of inner peace.

Whether you're seeking relief from the hustle and bustle of daily life, looking to deepen your meditation practice, or simply craving a moment of relaxation, our Sound Baths offer a sanctuary for your mind, body, and spirit.

Join us for a group session and experience the power of sound healing in a supportive community environment. We also offer private sessions for a more personalised experience tailored to your specific needs and goals.

Discover the transformative power of sound and embark on a journey of self-discovery and renewal with Sakhmet’s Care Sound Bath Experience !
